There are no changes to the Performance Evaluation process.

Helpful tip: To view the previous year's evaluation document beside the current year's evaluation you are working on try the following:

    1. In your browser window after you first log in, open the previous year's Employee Evaluation (Under "View All" tab, change year to the previous year and press the 'search' button)

    2. Under the Browser menu for "File" select "New Window" - or simply press Ctrl + N

    3. In the new window open the current year's employee evaluation.

If you need help with the process or forms, a self-paced e-learning tool is available in the training section. Of course Human Resources can always be contacted to arrange group training with your Department or to provide one-on-one help as needed.

Performance Evaluations are available online all year

Keeping notes and adding to the employee(s) evaluation form throughout the year will make the performance review much more effective and easier to complete when the deadline approaches.  To help you stay on top of performance evaluations the forms are available throughout the performance year and from anywhere you can access the internet.

Take full advantage of this Performance Application to record information about the employee's performance as it occurs, for example:

  • specific actions or behaviors that inform ratings
  • sum up discussions about performance or outcomes
  • enter feedback from co-workers or customers as it is brought to your attention
  • note objectives as they are achieved
  • keep track of measurable work toward preset goals (volume, accuracy, deadlines, etc.)
  • research and flesh out development plans as you determine the need
  • To access the Performance App, log in to the Bridge ( www.uleth.ca/bridge ).

    Key Dates

    July 1 Entries can be started online for the new performance cycle.
    before June 14 After May 1st, they will automatically be viewable by the Supervisor whether submitted or not
    by June 14 All Employee Evaluations should have Final Approval By the Executive Director/Dean (including APO, Exempt and AUPE)
