Reporting of Accidents and Incidents

The University of Lethbridge endeavors to provide a safe and healthy campus for employees, faculty and students, as well as the general public. Every reasonable effort will be made to prevent injuries and protect the University Community. 

 In order to ensure a safe and healthy environment, each employee must accept responsibility and accountability. 

 It is important to report any accident and / or near miss as soon as possible to the OHS Manager or OHS Officer. There are several reporting methods:
