Orientation Evaluation Form

Now that you have had an opportunity ot setle in to the university community and experience the different aspects of the campus, we would really appreciate your feedback and input of the group orientation you went through. We would like to know if there were areas that were more pertinent than others, and/or if we need to expand/change/decrease information in some way. We are keeping this form short in order to take a minimum of time to complete, however if you wish to expand on any information to us, please do so, as we would like to give those coming in the future, the benefit of your experience and ideas.
