Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding

Have you heard of protein pudding? It is an easy, healthier dessert option. (Souce: Gabby's Gluten Free)


  • 1/2 avocado, mashed until very smooth
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk (you may not need all 4)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder


1. Mash avocado in a bowl until very, very smooth. Add cocoa powder and protein powder (if you don't want to use protein powder, simply add another tablespoon or two of cocoa powder & some of your favorite liquid sweetener)
2. Add coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach a very creamy consistency. It may take more or less than 4 tablespoons depending on your ingredients.

To add a little sweetness, mix in a tablespoon of honey.
