What really is ADHD and how can we manage it? The Health Centre Mental Health Team is offering education sessions to provide a clear description of what ADHD is and specific strategies to help manage it. These one hour educational group learning sessions are a great resource for students newly diagnosed with ADHD that would benefit from further education and strategies. This is a closed group. This group will help you build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness. You will be working with the Behaviorists from the Health Center on ways to decrease harmful behaviors and replace them with effective, life-enhancing behaviors. This is a closed group.
