Skills Group

 This group will help you build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness. You will be working with the Behaviorists from the Health Center on ways to decrease harmful behaviors and replace them with effective, life-enhancing behaviors. This is a closed group.
