Post-Incident Reporting

Post-Incident Responsibilities

  1. Please contact your supervisor after an incident in order to communicate the incident appropriately
  2. A report must be submitted to Risk & Safety Services for all incidents and injuries, regardless of the severity should you
  3. Contact the nearest department personned to inform them of the need to restock first aid kits (restocked by the department).
  4. Ensure communication of unsafe situations to the appropriate personnel
