Unit Inspection Form

Complete Upon Arrival

For your protection, a Unit Inspection Form (UIF) is to be completed by every resident upon arrival. This document outlines all aspects of your room/apartment/suite and its present condition. You will receive this inspection form once you have signed your Single Student Housing License Agreement.

You will be reporting the imperfections and damages you may see upon move-in to your room/suite.

  • Furniture status
  • Ceiling condition
  • Excessive tack holes in walls
  • Countertop condition
  • Carpet stains
  • Fabric burns etc.

Return Report Within 48 hours

Students are responsible for returning the Unit Inspection Form (UIF) within 48 hours of arrival. This report will remain on file at the Housing Office. It will be referred to upon move out.

Failure To Complete

Section V of your contract states that if you don't complete one of these reports Housing could assume that you are responsible for the damages and charges incurred at move-out. See Damage Repair and Chargeback Pricing.
