Additional Fees
Organization of Residence Students - $45.00 per semester
Application Fee $150.00
*The application will not be processed without payment of $150.00 (application Fee of $50.00 and Advanced payment of $100.00)
The $50.00 is a non-refundable application fee, however, the $100.00 advance deposit would be refundable ONLY if you: 1) are denied admission to the University, 2) cancel your application, in writing, prior to June 1st (without having received an offer), or 3) do not receive a room offer by the first day of classes.
Descriptions
University Hall
Suite Single Room
A private bedroom within a four bedroom suite. The suite contains a private
common area, bedroom and kitchenette (fridge and sink). Individual bedrooms
have a captain's bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookcase, nightstand, and
study lamp. The common area is furnished with sectional sofa chairs and
a cube table.
Suite Large Single Room
A larger single room within a four bedroom suite with the same amenities (see above).
Executive Suite Single Room
A private bedroom within a four bedroom suite. The suite contains a private
common area, bedroom and kitchenette (fridge and sink). Individual bedrooms
have a captain's bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookcase, nightstand, and
study lamp. The common area is furnished with sectional sofa chairs and
a cube table. This is our newest University Hall accommodations. Opened for the 2011/2012 Academic Year.
Executive Suite Large Single Room
A larger single room within a four bedroom suite with the same amenities (see above).
Hallway Large Room
A private bedroom (of various sizes) where the occupant shares a communal bathroom and common area. The bedroom amenities are the same (see above).
Hallway Double Room
A Traditional residence room where two occupants share one large bedroom.
Each of the two occupants in a double room have the same amenities as a
single room. Communal bathrooms and common areas are shared with occupants
of other rooms.
Aperture Park Apartments
One Bedroom suite
Apartments include a full kitchen (no utensils or cooking supplies), one bathroom, furniture for the living area, floor lamp, captains bed, desk with bookshelf, chair, nightstand and desk lamp.
Two Bedroom suite
Apartments include the same amenities as a one bedroom apartment. Two private, lockable bedrooms make up the suite. A storage room is also located within the suite.
Four Bedroom suite
Apartments include the same amenities as a one bedroom apartment. Four private, lockable bedrooms and two full bathrooms make up the suite. A storage room is also located within the suite.
Residence Village Townhomes
Each townhome consists of four private and lockable bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen (no utensils or cooking supplies) and a crawl space storage area. The Lower Bedroom in Res Village includes a captain's bed, desk, chair, study lamp, bookshelf, and a little filing cabinet. The Executive bedroom includes a double bed, desk, chair, study lamp, bookshelf, and a little filing cabinet.
