Siksika House is our Family housing and is located in Aperture Park. The Townhomes offer a view that overlooks the Oldman River, coulee landscape and city skyline. To the west, one can see the majestic Rocky Mountains. The Park has been environmentally designed to maintain a sensitive balance between architectural aesthetics and the natural coulee landscape.
All Family Housing is smoke free and your rent includes campus satellite TV and utilities! The University of Lethbridge wants to provide you with the best possible environment for both academic success and personal development. Being close to university facilities can have a positive influence on your academic efforts. All the academic, athletic and support facilities are just outside your door.
There are 32 one, two, and three-bedroom unfurnished townhomes available. We recommend you apply early as demand is high.
Aperture Park Family Townhouses
Housing for married and single students with families is provided in Siksika House with one, two and three bedroom townhome styled units. All townhomes have a refrigerator, stove and window coverings. One bedroom units are reserved for the physically challenged. The one and three bedroom units include a washer and dryer. Central coin-operated laundry facilities are available in each of the buildings for the other tenants. Each home has its own entrance and balcony, with living room and kitchen on one floor and bedrooms on a separate level. The townhomes are located just south of the two apartment buildings in Aperture Residential Park.
