Fee Guide
When submitting an application for Family Housing, a $50.00 non-refundable application fee is required. Once accepted to the University of Lethbridge, and an offer of accommodation is made, a security deposit equal to one month rent is due.
The family housing complex consists of one, two, and three bedroom townhome units. All townhomes have their own entrance and balcony, with living room and kitchen on one floor and bedrooms on a separate level. Townhomes come equipped with stove, refrigerator and window coverings. Three bedroom units and one bedroom units have apartment size washers and dryers. All townhome contracts are 12 months and all units are non-smoking.

Organization of Residence Students (O.R.S.)
The O.R.S. provides community development opportunities to meet, interact, and socialize in an academic atmosphere for the benefit of each member and the community as a whole. A $45.00 membership fee is levied to each townhome per semester. Please note that this fee is subject to change.
Utilities and Other Fees
The complex has central coin-operated laundry facilities, common storage areas, access to satellite television, internet connection and an outdoor children's play area. All utilities are included, however, a utility surcharge may be levied to off-set increasing utility costs due to deregulation and the resulting inflationary impact.
Residence Communication Fee ( RCF )
All residence rooms are equipped with a Voice over IP phone system that will communicate information to all resident students in the event of an emergency or critical incident. This service also provides access to normal telephone communication on campus and includes high speed wired internet access. A $72 fee is levied to each resident student per semester.
Rents for family accommodation are paid on a monthly basis. The Organization of Residence Students fee is paid on a semester basis, as are parking fees. For further parking information contact Parking Services at (403) 329-2640 or Security Services at (403) 329-2603.
