Housing Services Staff

Director of Housing Services: Terri
The Director of Housing Services is responsible for the overall functioning of Housing services including human resources, disciplinary sanctions, management of physical facilities, and financial and budgetary matters. She is also responsible for the supervision of the ORS Council and advising the ORS on residence discipline, roommate interaction, and other student issues.

Associate Director of Housing Services: Steve
The Associate Director of Housing Services is responsible for Residence Life Programming, web communication and special projects. He is also active in liaising with the ORS Council and advising the ORS on residence discipline, roommate interaction, and other housing issues.

Housing Services Office Staff: Kim, Lynn, Erin, Michelle and Donna
Want to reapply for next year? Make a payment on your account? Do you need to move in early or stay an extra night? The administrative staff can assist you with questions concerning all facets of Residence Life, including room change requests or questions about your contract. Housing Services is open 9:00 - 12:00, 1:00 - 4:00 Monday to Friday. Housing Maintenance: Doug, Kevin and Jason
Need something fixed? Maintenance functions include responding to work orders, facility emergencies, preventive maintenance, repairs and renovations. Work orders can be placed through the Housing Office, see above. For emergencies after hours, call your RA or the Security Department at 329-2345.

Housekeepers: Jay, Cindy, Belinda, Vivian, and Peggy
The Housekeepers work hard to help you keep the Residence facilities in good condition. Please help the staff members keep the facilities clean by respecting your personal living areas.
