Below is the deadline information for Web Grade Entry for Spring 2011.
 
Instructors will be able to begin accessing the Final Grades page for Spring 2011 courses on Monday April 18, 2011.
Instructors must do this themselves.  It is against the University of Lethbridge’s computer use policy for another user to login in as the primary instructor for Web Grade Entry purposes.
 
Supervisors, for continuing students please grade X for Thesis 6000 or 8000. 
 
Access to the Bridge is available from any computer, even off-campus.  Instructors will be able to enter their grades no matter where they happen to be located.  Before Submitting the Grades for approval, the instructor may view his/her grade distribution and print the grade sheet.  Grades will be available for the instructor to view at a later date through the “Summary Class List” option in the Faculty and Advisors Menu.
 
The final deadline for Spring, 2011 grades to be SUBMITTED and APPROVED is 4:00 pm on Monday, May 2, 2011.  It is strongly recommended that instructors enter their final grades as soon as possible after April 18, 2011 to allow for the approval process to take place before the final deadline.
