No application can receive formal consideration until all documentation is received.  All documents received in support of an application become the property of the University and are not released or copied except by other officers of the University as required by University Procedures.

____ Letter of Intent (explaining direction of current research/practice and indicating the specific nature of interest in the MFA program discipline to which you are applying. Maximum length 500 words.)

____ Letter of Recommendation 1 (speaking to the applicant’s ability and aptitude for graduate studies)

____ Letter of Recommendation 2 (academic reference speaking to the applicant’s ability and aptitude for graduate studies)

____ Letter of Recommendation 3 (academic reference speaking to the applicant’s ability and aptitude for graduate studies)
