Master of Science Policies and Guidelines

Please note that all documentation must be submitted online or recieved by the Admission's Office on or before the application deadlines.

Application Forms

Application forms required by Applicant:
  • Applications to the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Lethbridge are submitted via the Graduate Online Application System.
  • Three completed Letters of Reference are submitted directly by the referee via the online system.
Application forms required by Supervisor:

Supervisor completes on Graduate Online Application System:

  • Program Proposal and Endorsement form.  
  • Appointment of Graduate Research Assistantship (Trust Funds) form
  • Letter of Support 
    • detailing proposed research, reasons for working with the applicant, financial support and expected duties. This letter should also address anything that aids the committee in making a decision regarding the application.

Other forms that are required by supervisors (if applicable) can be submitted to the SGS Office (AH115) or emailed to sgsinquiries@uleth.ca
