EndNote is a "bibliographic citation management software" used to manage and organize your research literature. It integrates with Microsoft Word (and selected other word processing software) so that you can "cite-while-you-write" using any of a number of built in citation styles. We will be using the latest version, Endnote X6 in the Windows/PC environment with Microsoft Word. The one instruction session is spread over two different sessions, Part 1 and Part 2, focusing on different aspects of this software as follows: 

• Part 1: Introduction - Monday, July 8 at 10:00-noon in L950 
  • Overview of Endnote, Endnote Web and Endnote for the iPad
  • Building a library of citations

• Part 2: Beyond the Introduction - Wednesday, July 10 at 10:00-noon in L950 
  • Searching your EndNote library
  • Outputting a bibliography
  • Cite-While-You-Write
