Applications to the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Lethbridge are submitted via the Graduate Online Application System.

You should ensure that you:

  • are familiar with the specific requirements of the program of interest;
  • meet the necessary admission requirements for the program; and
  • have reviewed the list of supporting documents required for your application.

The submission of the application, uploading of supporting documents, and payment of the application fee are completed online. Individuals providing a letter of reference on your behalf will do so through the online system.

You should begin work on the application as soon as possible. Once all documents are received, your application will receive formal consideration. All documents received become the property of the University and will not be released or copied except to other officers of the University as required by University procedures.

The personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP Act) and is protected under Part 2 of the FOIP Act. Your information will be used for the purposes of determining eligibility for admission to the University of Lethbridge and will be used to contact you regarding University programs and services relating to your application for admission.  Your information will also be shared with the Scholarships & Student Finance office to determine eligibility for scholarship opportunities and may be exchanged with Alberta Scholarship programs if you are nominated for an award.  For questions regarding the collection and use of your information, please contact the University’s FOIP Coordinator at foip@uleth.ca or 403-332-4620.

Our online application is provided by our contracted service provider CollegeNET, operating in the state of Oregon in the United States and any information you provide through this application will be stored in the United States and is subject to laws of that jurisdiction.  Please refer to the CollegeNET Inc. October 1st, 2013 is the MA, MSc, and PhD application deadline for Spring 2014 entry.

*The application deadline for Faculty of Education Graduate Education Programs has been extended to December 1, 2013 for Summer 2014 start.
