Gairdner Student Outreach and Lecture Program Public Lecture

The University of Lethbridge has the pleasure host a visit by Canada Gairdner International Award winner, Dr. Lewis E. Kay (Professor, Departments of Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry and Chemistry, University of Toronto; Senior Scientist, Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto) on October 19-20, 2017.

Dr. Kay was awarded the 2017 Canada Gairdner International Award for the development of modern NMR spectroscopy for studies of biomolecular structure dynamics and function, including applications to molecular machines and rare protein conformations with implications in neurodegeneration and cancer.
