Payment Methods include the following:
- Internet or telephone banking through CIBC, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal, TD Canada Trust, HSBC, ATB Financial, TelPay, Credit Union Central, Canadian Western Bank, Citizens Bank of Canada, and PC Financial. Your bank may not be listed above, but please check with your bank to find out if you can pay the University using on-line banking. Please allow minimum of 2 business days for processing.
- You may pay in person at any Bank of Montreal branch in Canada through the First Bank Bill Payment Service. A form is available at First Bank Bill Payment Form. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for processing. You do not need to be a client of the Bank of Montreal to use this service; however, the bank does assess a $1.50 service charge.
- Pay directly at the Cash Office by cash, cheque (made payable to the University of Lethbridge) or debit card during regular hours, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Place your payment in the 24-hour deposit vault located on the east side of the Cash Office in Anderson Hall.
- Send a cheque or money
order, made payable to the University of Lethbridge, by mail or
courier to:

How can I obtain a statement of my account? (back to top of page)
One option is to log into
the Bridge and follow these
links: Registrar's Office and Student Services -> Cash Office ->
Account Summary by Term. This will list charges and payments for each
semester.
Another option is to make a request to the Cash Office staff, either
in person, by email to Cash.Office@uleth.ca
or by telephone at (403) 329-2391. There is a fee of $5.00 per semester
associated with this option.
How and When can I get my T2202A - Tuition
and Education Amounts Certificate? (back

T2202A forms are generally
available the second week in February for the previous calendar year.
Tax years 1999 and after are available free of charge via the Internet.
Log into the Bridge and follow
these links: Registrar's Office and Student Services -> Cash Office
-> T2202A (Tuition and Education Amounts Certificate).
For Tax years prior to 1999, you may obtain a copy from the Cash Office.
However, there is a $5.00 charge for printing duplicate tax forms.
When are tuition fees due? (back to top of page)
- Spring (January to April) fees are due February 1st.
- Summer Session I fees are due the first day after the add/drop period for the session.
- Summer Session II fees are due the first day after the add/drop period for the session.
- Summer Session III fees are due the first day after the add/drop period for the session.
- Fall (September to December) fees are due October 1st.
You must make a payment over and above any registration deposits on your Spring or Fall fees, by February 1 and October 1 respectively, to ensure that your registration is not cancelled for nonpayment of fees. There is a $25 reinstatement fee charged if you are re-registered after cancellation of classes.
Any balances outstanding after these deadlines are charged interest at the rate of Bank of Montreal prime rate plus 5 percent per annum on the first business day of the month.

Registration privileges will be withheld if you have any outstanding balance.
When or where do I get a student bill? (back to top of page)
Student bills are no longer mailed out to current students. You can access your charges and payments by logging into the Bridge and follow these links: Registrar's Office and Student Services -> Cash Office -> Account Summary by Term. Fees are due by the deadlines mentioned above.
How do I get a parking permit? (back to top of page)
You can log into the Bridge to reserve a parking permit by following these links: Registrar's Office and Student Services -> Cash Office -> Online Parking Services. You will need your vehicle information to reserve an available permit and you have the option of using Visa or Mastercard or a charge to your student account to pay for the reserved parking permit. You can choose to have the permit sent to you in the mail or you may come to the Cash Office with picture identification to pick up the reserved parking permit.
