The Office of Financial Planning
The Office of Financial Planning at the University of
Lethbridge is accountable for the process of establishing financial
goals for the institution and creating methods in reaching them. It
is a constant development that involves the accessibility of existing
resources, acquisition of funds and development of strategic and systematic
practices. The department must constantly administer financial practices
and policies in order to evaluate and modify strategies to move toward
desirable financial goals. The primary focus of the Office of Financial
Planning is to prepare, communicate and execute the University's annual
operating budget, capital budget and access funds. The Office of Financial
Planning is committed to administering the campus' annual budgetary
process effectively with a goal of minimizing the level of budgetary
processing by departments.
