Teaching/Research/Creative Activities: David Clearwater teaches in the area of media studies. His research interests include media and discourse, media and history/politics, media events, aesthetics and politics, media and propaganda. Teaching interests include social implications of new media and interactive technology, advertising and consumerism, visual culture, cultural studies, video game studies.
