(Art History/Museum Studies – Art Studio – Native American Art History/Museum Studies – Native American Art Studio – Art/Education)

As you pursue your creative goals, we offer opportunities to work closely with internationally active artists and scholars in an intimate setting.

You work in spacious, well-equipped facilities and undertake projects with expert technical support, creative guidance, and critical dialogue. Our smaller class sizes enable you to engage with instructors who really get to know you.

Gain professional experience through exhibition and curatorial opportunities in the University of Lethbridge Art Gallery, the Penny Art Gallery, and other community forums.

Courses in your program provide breadth and depth to your understanding of art and visual culture. Through our renowned Art Now and Architecture & Design Now visiting speaker series, you encounter numerous national and international artists, architects, curators and designers, with opportunities to interact with them through workshops and studio visits.

The University of Lethbridge Art Gallery, home to one of the most impressive art collections in the country, provides unique learning opportunities and valuable hands–on museum experience.
