An effective process will ensure that the planning and development of the project proceeds at an urgent, but reasonable pace. This will also ensure that the project aligns with the University of Lethbridge mission, values and goals, and the 2009-2013 Strategic Plan. [PDF]

The Project Development Process will outline the major phases and individual tasks required to take the project from inception to completion and occupancy.  It is expected that adjustments to the schedule will occur as decisions and developments are made during the project planning work. Our priority for the project is to generate the right information and decisions while using the projected schedule as a device to measure progress and project time requirements and constraints. At a working level, this standard process will eliminate work duplication, confusion, and make certain that objectives are completely clear to staff, faculty, students and external stakeholders.
