All new construction projects will be monitored by the University of Lethbridge Building Commissioning Agent. The University will create check sheets to review the ongoing construction of the building envelope. The University Commissioning Agent shall work closely with the Architect and shall immediately notify the Prime Consultant of all deficiencies.
Facility Shell Commissioning
The University shall conduct an infrared heat analysis of all structures upon completion. All areas showing unacceptable heat loss will be repaired by the contractor immediately.
