|1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport & Wellness (CSW) (PE)||
This facility provides gymnasia, fitness centre, indoor running track, climbing wall, sauna
and steam room facilities, in addition to classrooms and administrative offices.
|Max Bell Regional Aquatic Centre (RAC) (PE)||This facility houses an Olympic Standard swimming pool, administrative offices and a classroom.|
|Student’s Union Building (SU)||This facility features a retail floor housing the Bookstore, food kiosks, dining area,
mini-mart, video games room; Students’ Union offices, clubrooms, CKUL Radio, The
Meliorist, the ZOO Pub, Health Services and all Student Affairs departments are located
on three other floors.
|Turcotte Hall (TH)||This facility houses Facilities Department, faculty offices, classrooms, seminar rooms
and study areas.
|Aperture Park (AP)||Aperture Park , comprises two apartment buildings and two townhome complexes. The
names of the four buildings are Kainai House (KA), Piikani House (P), Siksika House (SI),
and Tsuutina House (TU)
|Anderson Hall (AH)||
This facility houses offices, classrooms, and computer labs, Financial Services, Human
|Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience (CCBN) (EP)||This facility houses scientific research labs and offices.|
|Hepler Hall (HH)||This facility houses scientific research labs and offices.|
|Parkway Service Complex (SC)||This building houses the garage/mechanic shop, carpenter shop, paint and sign shop,
Grounds department, Materials Management, Post Office, Shipping/Receiving, Printing
Services and Bookstore Receiving.
|Remote Research Building (R)||This facility houses scientific research labs, office and Aviary.|
|Observatory (R)||This facility houses a telescope and other astronomical equipment.|
|Boneyard||This area is for University storage exterior and interior in several buildings.|
|Residence Village (RV)||Six fourplex residence buildings.|
|Paterson Centre (PC)||
Houses laundry facilities for RV residents, large communal room with kitchenette,
storage, outdoor deck.
|Markin Hall (MH)||Under construction – completion Summer 2010 – will house Dhillon School of Business and|

Bus Service to the University
Bus drop off/pick-up terminal is located at the east end of Aperture Drive outside the Library main entrance.
- Faculty, Staff & Student Parking
Faculty, staff and Students may purchase a general parking permit in any available permit parking lot on campus, except those areas reserved for resident students. Employees have the option of purchasing their permit through payroll deduction. Applications for a general parking permit are accepted on line at https://www.uleth.ca/bridge/twgkwbis.P_WWWLogin
Visitor and short term parking is provided in various parking lots around campus. Parking is provided in Pay and Park permit parking areas.
Customers may purchase pay permits using coins or credit cards. Parking is provided for time periods of 1 hour to all day. Rates are $2.00 per hour ($1.50 for Lot N) to a maximum of $10.00 for the day. Pay and display parking is available in the following lots.
- Lot D and H - 1 hour minimum-1 hour maximum
- Lot C - 1 hour Minimum - 4 hour maximum
- Lot G - 1 hour minimum-2 hour maximum
- Lot N (north end) - 1 hour minimum-all day maximum
- Pay and display parking is allowed in the north end of N lot only. All pay and display parking areas are marked with blue "Visitor Parking" signs and blue lines outlining the stalls.
- Consultant / Contractor Parking
Depending on the nature of your visit or frequency of visits to campus, Consultants and/or Contractors requiring parking on campus have the option to use Pay & Park lots, or purchase daily, weekly, monthly, or annual “Contractor Rover” permits directly from Parking Services. Purchases are invoiced to your business only, no cash payments are accepted. The ‘Contractor Rover’ permit allows parking in more than one lot.
Consultants and/or Contractors working under the authority of the Facilities department requiring parking on campus are required to report to their Facilities contact (i.e. Facilities Manager, Project Manager) to purchase their parking permit. These permits must be pre-arranged by the Facilities Contact and will be invoiced to your business by Parking Services. Unless a Rover permit is purchased these permits are only valid for the duration of work.
