Web-based Videoconferencing

What is Web-based Videoconferencing?

Web-based videoconferencing, or web-conferencing, is similar to telephone conferencing but also utilizes a video component as well as audio. Live video, captured through your web cam, allows attendees to see and interact with each other. You can also use file sharing functions to view documents, websites, etc. simultaneously.

We currently utilize Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro for web-conferencing. The U of L Curriculum Re-Development Centre has links to several tutorials on their websitethat are designed specifically for U of L students.
