Textbook Ordering FAQ

Where can I find the booklist?

The Fall 2015 Textbook List.pdf is available on the Edmonton Campus website or please click on the .pdf link.

How much does it cost to order from Lethbridge? Is it the same amount for every order? Should I purchase all my textbooks at once to save money?

Shipping is $9.00 for the 1st item and $1.00 for each additional item. To save on shipping, it is recommend that students try and order all their textbooks at the same time.

Are the books shipped the next business day? What about weekends?

Yes, orders are shipped the next business day with a 2-3 business day delivery. Please keep in mind we are not open on the weekends or stat holidays.

If I miss receiving the books' shipment, what should I do?

Shipments are sent Express Post. If students are not home to receive the package, they will get a Canada Post notification card in the mailbox. Students may contact us directly for tracking information if they are concerned on the where-a-bouts of their order.

What if I accidently order the wrong book, or drop a class? What is the full return/exchange policy?

The cost of returning item(s) to the Bookstore will be the responsibility of the student. The amount of refund will be determined by the condition of the item(s) once received by Bookstore staff. Students should contact the bookstore prior to shipping books back to obtain an authorization number to be included with their shipment. We recommend that students choose a traceable method of shipping.

What if I don't have a credit card?

We have the ability, with written authorization from the student, to charge their student account. This can be indicated in the comments field on their web order, or they can email bookstore@uleth.ca authorizing the charge.

How long will I have access to the online ordering system?

The online ordering system will be available two weeks prior to classes starting, right up until the last day of classes.

What is a TextFinder list and how do I access it?

The TextFinder, which is available two weeks prior to the first day of class, provides students with a list of the classes they are currently enrolled in and what course materials are required for each course. By logging into https://www.uleth.ca/bookstore/textfinder/, the same as you would the Bridge, you will gain access to the current semester's TextFinder list. The TextFinder list is updated nightly, so any changes made to registration will not be reflected until the next day.
