Federal Contractors Program
The Federal Contractors Program (FCP) affects
federal contractors with a resident workforce of 100 or more employees,
who bid on goods and services contracts of $200,000 or more. These contractors
must certify their commitment to implement employment equity. The University
of Lethbridge is such a contractor because they have met both of these
conditions.
