Posted by admin in CAETL, Events, Talking About Teaching on February 1st, 2010
Your CAETL would like to extend thanks to those who attended the last Talking About Teaching event and made it a success. The discussion that arose during this event was truly stimulating and we look forward to another successful event on February 5th, 2010 in AH100.
The next Talking About Teaching presented by the Centre for the Advancement of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CAETL) will focus on the following question:
What is the role of teaching in a comprehensive University given today’s changing environment?
We encourage you to exam this question from a number of perspectives; student views, professor views, as well as administrative views.
Bring your ideas and your voice and drop in any time between 2:30pm and 4:30pm to engage with your peers in a thoughtful discussion that exams this topic. Refreshments will also be served.
