AH100 (Andy’s Place) and the Atrium can now be requested and booked on-line by internal departments using the link below.

This new web page also includes features such as:
- Video and written tutorials to walk you through the new web site step by step
- Facility use and rental policies for all rooms.
- Facility contacts, set-up policies and procedures for all rooms.
- Other relevant event policies.

Internal departments will be able to request rooms at any time! The web site has a full listing of support services and their contact information along with relevant University policies in one convenient location. Internal departments will be responsible for booking or cancelling support services such as set-ups, parking and food services as needed for events.

For Student Ratified clubs these facilities are available to you by booking through the SU Manager’s Office.

External University events, those with the majority of participants being off-campus, are required to book all rooms through Conference & Event Services to ensure all contracts for risk management and the provision of campus services are in place.
