Cancellation Policies

For general bookings, Conference & Event Services has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have not let us know that your plans have changed at least 24 hours before your date of arrival, you will be charged the first night for all rooms reserved.

 

For group bookings, an attrition and cancellation clause will be signed before your group arrives. This will clearly lay out the expectations and responsiblities for informing Conference & Event Services of any changes to your reservation.
