Rates
Unit rates are based on payment received by one person; if guests pay separately the rate will not be discounted; It will be calculated on the per person occupancy rate.

Example:
1 bedroom; 1 pers ($39.96) incl GST
1 bedroom; 2 pers $68.82) incl GST

If both persons are paying separately for a one bedroom accommodation each person will pay $39.96).

Accommodation Policies
Individual Bookings
We require 72 hours advance notice for cancellations and early departures; otherwise guest will be charged in full.

Group Bookings
50% deposit is required at the time of booking
30 days advance notice is required for a cancellation; otherwise deposit will be forfeited
