Conference & Event Services provides support for extended learning of faculty and students enabling the most recent research and knowledge to be shared on campus with both our campus and local communities. Conference & Event Services coordinates conferences, meetings, special events, summer accommodations, facilities and support services for the University, southern Alberta community, and casual guests within a sustainable environment.
We aim to provide comfortable accommodations at an affordable price! Running from May to August, Conference & Event Services offers the only hotel on the west side of Lethbridge. Located directly on-campus, the summer hotel provides easy access to university facilities as well as the downtone core.
Conference & Event Services can help coordinate every aspect of your event; from setup and takedown! Our rentable on-campus meeting spaces can accomodate groups of 5 to 700 people. Our rooms are located across campus and provide you with cost-effective, state-of-the-art venues that will meet all the needs of your next meeting, conference, or group event.
