Media Advisory - Brenda Milner Lecture Series welcomes esteemed neuroscientist for free public lecture

WHAT: Dr. Sheena Josselyn, University of Toronto, presents the 2016 Brenda Milner Lecture

WHEN: Tuesday, May 3, 2016, 7 p.m.

Dr. Sheena Josselyn is the Senior Scientist in the Neuroscience & Mental Health program at the Hospital for Sick children and distinguished professor in the departments of Psychology and Physiology and the Institute of Medical Sciences at the University of Toronto.

She will deliver a free public lecture, Making, Breaking and Linking Memories, that will discuss the understanding of how memories are stored in the brain, a fundamental challenge relevant to aging, mental illness and neurological disorders.

Dr. Josselyn is available to media for phone interviews in advance of her lecture, and will also be available to media on Tuesday, May 3 at 3 p.m. in the Canadian Centre for Behavioural Neuroscience (west entrance).
