WHAT: Children of St. Martha’s School is launching its Go Girls run club with the help of the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns women’s rugby team

Encouraging girls to engage in fitness boosts empowerment, responsibility, confidence strength, joy, optimism as well as physical, emotional and spiritual health. In advance of the USPORTS National Women’s Rugby Championships, the Horns women’s rugby team will help young girls at Children of St. Martha’s School as they launch their Go Girls run club.
