Professional Development Fund - Student Leaders Conference Application Form

*Use this form if you are attending a conference as an executive of a ratified club.

The purpose of this fund is to provide financial support to enable student leaders in the Faculty of Management to attend student conferences that will add value to their post-secondary experience and to the student clubs they serve.

Be sure to review the Terms of Reference and criteria for eligibility prior to submitting the form, and fill in all required information to ensure your application is received and reviewed quickly. Don't forget to attach supporting documentation where required.

Briefly explain the nature of the activity and associated events. How will this enable professional growth? What will be the benefit to non-participating students/club as a result of your enhanced leadership capacity?
Financial Information
Please attach a detailed list of expected conference expenses, including registration, transportation costs, accommodation and meals.
