If you have completed an undergraduate degree in another discipline, the Faculty of Management can help you earn a Bachelor of Management as a second degree. Second degree students typically enroll in the program to broaden their knowledge or change career direction.

This is an individualized program of 15-25 courses. You can attend part-time or full-time. If you attend full-time, you can complete the second degree program in as little as 1.5-2.5 years. If you attend part-time, you have up to ten years to complete your degree.

At the University of Lethbridge in Calgary, you can pursue the following most-sought after majors:

• Accounting
• Finance
• General Management
• Human Resource Management and Labour Relations
• International Management
• Marketing

A minor in International Management, New Media, Social Responsibility or Supply Chain Management is available as an adjunct to all majors in the Second Degree Bachelor of Management program.

The Co-operative Education program is available to all continuing students enrolled in undergraduate studies at the U of L in Calgary.
