She also works on globalization; neoliberalism; language and discourse; and qualitative research methods, including discourse analysis, microanalysis, and interviewing. Dr. Kingfisher has published a number of articles and two books on gender and poverty. She has taught The Anthropology of Gender (2600), Anthropology and Feminism (4002), and includes gender content in her fourth year courses The Anthropology of Policy and Globalization.

Michael Stingl (Philosophy) Has taught courses in feminist theory, feminist ethics and feminist philosophy.

Goldie Morgentaler (English) Teaches courses on 19th Century Women Writer’s (Eng. 3700). She would be happy to direct independent studies projects on 19th century women writers, Jewish women writers, or representations of women in 19th century literature.

She is concerned with the ways that seemingly private and personal experiences are mediated through social processes and structures.
