Award Applications

After applying for entrance to the University of Lethbridge, simply fill in the information requested below and you will automatically be entered into the entrant's pool for the applicable award. Confirmation of requirements will occur upon selection of winners as outlined in the terms below.

By applying for the 2012 Faculty of Arts & Science Alberta 4-H and/or IB/AP Awards, I accept the following Terms and Conditions of application. If chosen as a winner of one of the aforementioned awards, I agree to produce official documention to confirm that I am, or have been a) an Alberta 4-H Member, b) enrolled in one or more International Baccalaureate courses, or c) enrolled in one or more Advance Placement courses. I agree that my registration and enrollment information be accessed by the Faculty of Arts & Science for purposes of confirming my enrollment at the University of Lethbridge in the Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 terms.
