The official results have now been posted: http://icpc.baylor.edu/public/standings/1396
Out of 49 teams, the results for our teams are:
2nd place: Team 1: Darcy Best, Chris Martin, Hugh Ramp
They were 165 minutes behind (this is actually not that large because of the way the scoring works).
12th place: Team 3: Mark Hunter, Ian Stewart, Fei Wang
28th place: Team 4: Camara Lerner, Jason Racine, Vince Weiler
34th place: Team 2: Rio Lowry, Chris Thomas, Kim Wikkerink
Notice that our Team 1 (and Calgary) solved 8 problems, while the top team from the University of Alberta only solved 5.
In the past there were sometimes extra "wild card" spots for the world finals when the results are close. We have been told that they are considering our case, but we won't know the results until the end of this year at the earliest.
