Our faculty members often collaborate with other departments, community members and employers on research projects―giving you the opportunity to get additional hands-on experience.

Liberal Education course instructors come from all areas of the University of Lethbridge, including:

Instruction of Liberal Education courses allows faculty to:

• Teach from their areas of specialization but focus on a central theme
• Cross disciplinary boundaries and teach beyond disciplinary confines
• Emphasize critical and integrative thinking
• Collaborate with other instructors outside their home department
• Introduce and excite students as to the possibilities of their specific discipline and research
