Standards of Service
We aim to process the following requests within the time period specified:
| Program Checks | 2 weeks |
| Applications for Visiting Student Authorization | 3 weeks |
| Letters from an advisor (for funding, etc.) | 2 weeks |
| Independent Study registration forms* | 2 weeks |
Students can normally expect a reply to phone or e-mail messages within 3 business days.
PLEASE NOTE :
During busy times throughout the year such as registration, add-drop and wait-listing, expect a slightly longer wait.
*After our office processes independent study registration forms, they are sent to the Registrar's Office, where the course will be added to your registration.
