Instructions

Please complete the following information request if you are unable to find the information you require on the Institutional Analysis website.  All requests will be evaluated and prioritized as they are received.  Institutional Analysis will notify you within five working days of receiving your request with the following information:

  • If the request can be completed
  • When you can expect to receive the request
  • Who will be completing the request
  • Any additional questions or recommendations regarding the nature of the request
