Becoming a volunteer is a great way to show your pride in the University of Lethbridge, to maintain old ties and make new friendships, all while putting your talents to good use.

Whether you're looking for leadership opportunities or a chance to join in the fun, there are many ways to get involved with your alma mater.

You can:

• help out with an event
• welcome alumni back to campus

Current Volunteer Opportunities 

Student Recruitment (Lethbridge): The U of L Recruitment Office is hosting registration workshops in Lethbridge in April and is seeking alumni volunteers to help greet and direct students and parents as well as facilitate a post-workshop survey. The locations, dates and times volunteers are needed are as follows:

• U of L E6 Computer Labs: Thursday, April 12, 6 - 9 pm
• U of L E6 Computer Labs: Saturday, April 14, 6 - 9 pm

• Sir Winston Churchill High School: Monday, April 16, 6 - 9 pm (TENTATIVE)
• Lord Beaverbrook High School: Tuesday April 17, 6 - 9 pm (TENTATIVE)
• Lord Beaverbrook High School: Wednesday, April 18, 6 - 9 pm (TENTATIVE)
• Okotoks Foothills Composite High School: Thursday, April 19, 6 - 9 pm

Alumni Homecoming Weekend (October 12 - 14, 2012): The University of Lethbridge Alumni Association and Alumni Relations is seeking alumni volunteers to help with the 45th Anniversary Homecoming Weekend, to be held October 12 - 14. Duties may include greeting and directing attendees toward and within the events that are happening throughout the weekend, and assisting with the Saturday evening Alumni Association Dine & Dance decorating, registrations, etc.
